It is my pleasure to represent Ashtabula VFW 943 as your Post Commander if you need anything do not hesitate to contact me directly. Since I am returning to represent all of you my goals are as follows:

-Bring the Membership back in strength and encourage all of you to volunteer your free time for at least 1 hour a month, a quarter, or annually.

-The building and kitchen are in dire straights with mold in the walls and the exterior leaks causing the problems.

- Get the kitchen open so our members will stay instead of having to leave or order from outside the Post while they visit.

- Bring both organizations together as one as the true future of the post and organization is with our Auxiliaries.

- Hold those in position accountable for their poor choices.

- We are a family and we need to grow our post; I understand the auxiliary is 413 members strong to 210 members of Veterans.

- Continue to have Bingo held downstairs so our members can enjoy the use of our canteen and electronic gaming.
